Carnegie Investment Bank is proud to have acted as Joint Bookrunner in connection with the NOK 5 billion placing of shares in Vår Energi

Eni and HitecVision successfully sold approximately 124.8 million shares in the Company (equal to approx. 5.0% of the Company’s outstanding shares) at NOK 40.2 per share, through an accelerated bookbuilding after close of markets on 8 June 2022.

Following the transaction, Eni holds approx. 1,575 million shares (~63.1% of outstanding shares) and HitecVision holds approx. 518 million shares (~20.7% of outstanding shares) in Vår Energi.
