Carnegie Investment Bank Norway is proud to have acted as Joint Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner in connection with Tekna’s successful NOK 750 million private placement and upcoming listing on Euronext Growth.
The Private Placement was multiple times over-subscribed and attracted significant interest from high-quality domestic, Nordic and international investors including cornerstone investors such as Lugard Road Capital (managed by Luxor Capital Group), Norron, Andenæsgruppen, Blackcrance, together with Storebrand and Delphi funds.
Tekna is a world-leading producer of micro and nano sized advanced materials. Based on a proprietary plasma torch technology the company is producing materials which will be used in next-gen technologies such as 3D printing, printed electronics and batteries.
Carnegie congratulates Morten Henriksen, Luc Dionne, Orjan Svanevik and the rest of the Arendals Fossekompani and Tekna team with the successful transaction and we look forward to continuing our support of Tekna going forward.
