Carnegie Investment Bank Norway is proud to have acted as financial advisor to SalmoNor AS in the agreed merger between SalmoNor AS and Midt-Norsk Havbruk AS. The transaction values SalmoNor at NOK 2,975 million after payment of NOK 380m in dividend to the shareholders of SalmoNor prior to the transaction. The shareholders of SalmoNor will in the transaction receive a combination of shares in NTS ASA and cash. The merged company will be called SalmoNor and will be a large and robust aquaculture company with an expected combined production of approximately 37,000 tonnes of salmon in 2021.
