Established in 2020, Omaken Sports is a Norwegian esports organisation aiming to become a Nordic powerhouse within global esports. The organisation currently has a global top tier team within PUBG as well as a new team within SimRacing. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the private placement to finance the acquisition of a global top tier team within CS:GO, the most popular first-person shooter game globally, as well as for several other growth initiatives and general corporate purposes.
