Carnegie Investment Bank congratulates Hjemmelegene on the NOK 70 million private placement. Kistefos AS becomes a new investor with a NOK 55 million investment and existing shareholder Schibsted Ventures maintains their position through a NOK 15 million investment.
Hjemmelegene started in 2017 to move healthcare out of clinics and to where patients are located. Hjemmelegene’s tech platform and marketplace ensure efficient supply-demand matching, where patients can book and get the help they need at home or digitally, and healthcare personnel have full overview over work, patients and routes as they visit patients. They are Norway’s leading provider of medical house calls, with >100,000 consultations performed at home, workplaces and digitally.
Carnegie is proud to have acted as manager and financial adviser in the private placement, and wishes to thank Chairman Raman Bhatnagar and CEO Nicolai Skarsgård as well as the rest of the team for great collaboration and for the vote of confidence.
